Porn journalist/ website owner/ adult-entertainment personality Jason Sechrest has announced the launch of his new live event, The X Show, at Rage Nightclub in West Hollywood on Tuesday, November 7.
The weekly show, slated for Tuesdays from 7:30 - 9:30 pm., "promises to be unlike any other porn event in the world, combining the talents of porn stars with rock stars, models, mainstream celebrities, and local celebutantes as weekly guests," said Sechrest.
Modeled on theTonight Show "and other late-night talk fest" formats, The X Show will feature live performances from the guests, ranging from stripteases to singing to standup comedy. Entertainment will also include clips from the guests' latest projects shown on the club's giant video screens.
Audiences will be treated to cabaret-style seating on a first come, first served basis. There is no cover charge for the show, and an autograph station will be set up in a separate part of the club where audience members can meet the stars. "And those who arrive prior to the show's end at 9:30 p.m.," said Sechrest, "get into Southern California's hottest drag act, The Dreamgirls Revue, beginning at 10:00 p.m., absolutely free."
The November 7 premiere of The X Show features gay porn phenomenon Mark Dalton in his first L.A. appearance in over three years and mainstream writer/ performer/ wit Bruce Vilanch.
On November 14, promoting Hot House Entertainment's new blockbuster, Justice, stars Shane Rollins and Jordan Vaughn take the stage with Roma, one of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and co-star of Naked Sword's The Tim & Roma Show, who doubles as Hot House's publicist.
Tuesday, November 21, will see studly porn pup former Brent Corrigan/ Fox Ryder now Sean Lockhart snuggle up with West Hollywood's "most glamorous and notorious interior decorator" Bobby Trendy of the E! Channel's Anna Nicole Smith Showfame.
Rounding out November's guests on the 28th, said Sechrest "are two very rare personal appearances: the world's Number One nude model, muscle-stud Zeb Atlas, and infamous celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton."
