Lucas to Guide Fans on Tour of Israel

NEW YORKAfter filming two full-length gay adult features and material for several other projects in Israel, Michael Lucas has fallen so in love with the country and its people that he wants to introduce his fans to Israel, as well.

And he wants to make the introduction in person.

From May 26 through June 8, Lucas will lead a two-week guided excursion through what he calls “the breathtaking nation.” He hopes the inaugural tour will be the first of many.

“With my productions Men of Israel and Inside Israel, I brought Israeli men to the gay world,” Lucas said. “With my tour, I’m bringing gay men to Israel.”

In addition to his first-hand knowledge of the country and a network of close friends who live there, Lucas said he plans to contract with licensed guides, luxury hotels, gourmet restaurants and resorts to augment the trip with local perspective and color. The tour will visit historic sites and beaches, among other locations, he said. Among the benefits to sojourners on the inaugural tour: dinner with Lucas Entertainment performers and Israeli natives like Jonathan Agassi and Naor Tal.

The initial tour primarily is destination-oriented, with trips planned to the Mediterranean Sea, the Dead Sea, the Sea of Galilee and the Red Sea. In addition, city tours of Tel Aviv and Jaffa, drives down the Mediterranean coast, excursions to the Roman and Crusader ruins of ancient Caesarea, the Qumran Caves and a host of sights in ancient Jerusalem also are on the agenda.
