Hollie Stevens entered the adult industry in 2003 and fostered an identity as somewhat of a fringe performer, dubbing herself "The Queen of Clown Porn." Indeed, she embodied that handle fully in JacktheZipper's 2010 bizarro circus production Enter the Peepshow. She also worked for several years as a contributing writer and model for Girls and Corpses magazine, and was a regular at fetish giant Kink.com.

In 2004, Stevens collected an AVN Award (Best All-Girl Sex Scene – Video) for her work in JM Productions' The Violation of Jessica Darlin.

Some of her other most notable credits include JacktheZipper's Stuntgirl (Hustler Video), Jonathan Morgan's Space Nuts (Wicked Pictures), Bud Lee's The Bachelor (Sin City Entertainment)—which garnered her an AVN Award nomination for Best Group Sex Scene – Video—and Belladonna: Fetish Fanatic 5 (Belladonna/Evil Angel).

Stevens passed away in 2012 following a year-long battle with breast cancer.
