The introductory dialogue is totally inaudible over air and auto traffic -- some nonsense about students at the beach (a totally unreal concept for all these folks except maybe Kim Kyle). No matter how many times you flunk, they kick you out by the time you reach Pat Kennedy's age.  Anyway, these lame white dorks are scared of their cool black neighbors.  Naturally, the sexual power and allure of the blacks overcome white fears -- a feeble and offensive setup for some otherwise-hot sex.
