The Flintstones: A XXX Parody is based on the popular cartoon from the 1960s, currently celebrating the 50th anniversary of its creation. The adult parody features Fred, Wilma, Barney, Betty and all the beloved characters with an adult twist. Fred begins to panic when he believes Wilma is cheating on him, though she’s actually busy planning his surprise birthday party. And the lack of parental supervision allows 18-year-old Pebbles to explore her budding sexuality and play with Bam-Bam’s giant club. The Flintstones: A XXX Parody realizes the truths hinted at by the famous theme song. The beds rock all night long in the town of Bedrock, and Wilma and Betty will most definitely have a gay old time.

In addition to the Flintstone and Rubble families, the movie also includes Ms. Stone (Misty Stone), Tyler (Dale DaBone) and Mr. Slate (Rod Fontana). Director Will Ryder says, “Wow, what a cast!  Everyone did a phenomenal job bringing the town of Bedrock to life, while revealing the most important prehistoric tool was the one between their legs. Fifty years ago, ‘The Flintstones’ was one of the first television shows to portray a husband and wife sharing a bed. We take that one step further, showing a couple of husbands and wives sharing the same bed.”

The Flintstones’ living room was re-created down to the stone TV set. A working replica of Fred’s iconic car was built for actor Peter O’Tool to run around in. The most ambitious of the sets was the exterior of the Flintstones’ house, constructed out of 1,200 pounds of plaster, 400 pounds of wood, 60 pounds of metal and 50 pounds of paint.
